PHILOSOPHY
My inspiration derives from a client that has made the choice to become healthy and fit. Proper form and progression are the key components to a great workout regimen. If you're reading this, you’ve already taken a step toward a healthier lifestyle. Once you're in the studio, it’s my goal as a personal trainer to help you adopt and keep that lifestyle in order to achieve your goals - no matter what fitness level you are. I am your motivator and supporter. It's true, that "slow progress is better than no progress". If you believe in yourself and work each day, then you will achieve them. Desire is the key to motivation, but it’s the determination that will give you the confidence you need to reach your fullest potential.

As your personal trainer I am committed to designing a program that is specifically for you. I will keep you focused, determined and on track through the final set of a hard workout. I will keep you accountable to your goals and answer all your fitness needs.
